Bethel Park School District in Bethel Park, PA is seeking an assistant coach to organize and supervise the total sports program. You will work under the athletic director to implement policies and guide student athletes in fundamentals, strategy, and physical training.

This role requires prior coaching experience, deep knowledge of the sport's technical aspects, and the ability to serve as a positive role model.

Formación

• Must be able to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Must have previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport.
• Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport.
• Should examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.
• Must serve as a positive role model for student athletes through instruction and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Has a thorough knowledge of all athletic policies approved by the Bethel Park Schools' Board of Education and implements them by the entire staff of the sports program.
• Understands the proper administrative line of command and refers requests or grievances through proper channels.
• Establishes the fundamental philosophy, skills and techniques to be taught by staff; designs conferences, clinics and staff meetings.
