Qualifications

• Knowledge of math and safety protocols; ability to interpret policies and regulations.
• Skills to perform multiple technical tasks and adapt to changing priorities; manage coordination with schools and districts.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes opposition strategies to develop game plans.
• Provides feedback on student performance and team assessment.
• Attends meetings and workshops to stay informed.
• Coordinates program activities and recognizes participant achievements.
• Develops team and individual practice regimes to improve performance.
• Creates game strategies and plans for competition readiness.
• Monitors facilities for hazards and recommends improvements.
• Identifies needs and uses funding appropriately.
• Implements practice schedules and related events.
• Instructs student athletes to promote growth in skills and teamwork.
• Maintains records for compliance and reporting.
• Monitors academic eligibility and provides intervention when needed.
• Oversees student managers and volunteers.
• Represents the program at various functions and events.
• Supervises participants to ensure safe activities.
• Supports college recruiting efforts.
