The successful candidate will model appropriate behavior, promote character development, and pursue ongoing coaching education through clinics and observations. Reporting to the athletic director for objectives and evaluation.

Qualifikationen

• Thorough knowledge of athletic policies and ability to implement them
• Strong understanding of league/state regulations and proper interpretation for staff
• Ability to follow proper administrative channels and attend required meetings
• Ability to design conferences, clinics and staff meetings for program awareness
• Encourages staff development through clinics and growth opportunities
• Ability to delegate duties, supervise implementation and evaluate staff
• Maintains discipline and morale across the sports program
• Performs other duties as assigned by athletic director/principal

• Has thorough knowledge of Bethel Park Schools' athletic policies and ensures their implementation by the sports staff
• Understands and applies system, state, and league regulations consistently
• Follows proper administrative lines of command and communicates through appropriate channels
• Established the philosophy, skills and techniques to be taught by staff; organizes conferences and staff trainings
• Trains and informs staff; promotes professional growth through clinic attendance
• Delegates duties, supervises implementation and evaluates staff effectiveness at season end
• Maintains discipline, handles grievances, and fosters morale and cooperation
• Performs other duties as assigned by the athletic director/principal
