Job Description
Job Goal:
Assist the head coach with practice and meets
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for planning, organizing and administering the boy’s soccer program
- Selection of team members
- Supervision of all practice and training activities
- Willingness to spend afternoon and evening time in team activities
- Work under the direction and supervision of the Head Coach and Athletic Director
Qualifications:
- Successful coaching experience preferably at the high school level
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of soccer
- Belief in a well-rounded high school sports program
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and relate in a positive manner to students, parents, staff and the community
- Good planning, organization and administrative skills
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: $3,703 to $6,625 Stipend
