Qualifications

• Successful coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of soccer.
• Belief in a well-rounded high school sports program.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and relate to students, parents, staff and the community.
• Good planning, organization and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with practice and meets.
• Plan, organize and administer the boy’s soccer program.
• Select team members.
• Supervision of all practice and training activities.
• Willingness to spend afternoon and evening time in team activities.
• Work under the direction and supervision of the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
