Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge of lacrosse and the ability to teach fundamental skills.
• At least 2–4 years of coaching experience with children/adolescents; high school level preferred.
• Strong understanding of the sport's theory and practice; high school/college level playing or coaching preferred.
• Must demonstrate qualities to foster sportsmanship and support student-athlete success.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; ability to build relationships with students, parents, staff, and administration.
• Background checks required and must be updated as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse skills and fundamentals to players at Cheltenham High School.
• Plan and implement practice sessions; monitor player development.
