The Boyd Quality Engineer at Boyd Thermal by Eaton is responsible for ensuring that Boyd products exceed customer requirements. This role oversees all aspects of product quality, addresses non-conformances, and works to proactively improve customer satisfaction with high-quality thermal products.
Based in Billerica, you will lead quality and reliability initiatives, define shop floor quality requirements, and drive CAPA across the organization. Travel up to 10% may be required.
The Boyd Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Boyd products exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers. This individual will assume full responsibility for all aspects of product quality and serve as Boyd’s representative for all customer issues related to the product. The Quality Engineer will take the actions necessary to improve product quality by identifying and addressing product non conformances. Emphasis is on proactively managing customer satisfaction by delivery the highest quality thermal products in the industry.
The Quality Engineer plays a key role within the Boyd organization. The Quality Engineer is a member of the Quality Team reporting to the Quality Manager.
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000, Bonus eligible. Split or 1st shift.
