Responsibilities

• Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all the duties listed below
• Stack finished product onto skids Scan all finished product Operate automatic wrapping system and wrap all finished product Perform test on metal detection system to ensure it is in working condition Assign and track lanes for all product Report any food safety and quality problems or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Perform sweeping, cleaning, sorting duties as necessary
• Will be fork truck certified Will be trained to put finished product in inventory and place on trucks Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures
