Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a Coach to deliver a world-class boxing fitness experience. The role requires leading participants through pre-designed TITLE workouts, energizing the room, and embodying our brand culture.

You will work mornings, evenings, and weekends, coaching 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workouts per week, with opportunities for bonus structures and occasional personal sessions. Take classes for free and enjoy merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certified preferred.
• Nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, etc.).
• Boxing enthusiast preferred but not required.
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class.
• Coach 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workouts per week.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand classes using daily programming.
• Engage with members before and after class to build community.
• Attend staff meetings and development workshops.
• Work out alongside members during class to amplify energy.
• Assist front of house with pre- and post-class tasks.
