Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries is seeking a reliable driver to operate standard and manual box trucks, transporting donations and merchandise to retail centers and the plant. You will select efficient routes, perform daily inspections, and keep vehicles clean.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, assisting with dollies and pallet jacks, and coordinating receipts with store managers. A valid Texas driver's license and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Valid Class C Texas Driver's License.
• Basic math for money, weight, volume, and distance.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard and manual box trucks safely and legally.
• Select routes for retail service and donation pickups.
• Complete daily vehicle inspection and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with loading/unloading and equipment handling as needed.
• Coordinate with store managers and staff to confirm receipts.
