Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned Box Truck.
• Safely operates vehicle and equipment including pallet jacks, lift gates, load locks and more.
• Prepare accurate documents, counts, and product preparation, building pallets and product grouping.
• Load trucks, counting items and securing loads.
• Learn product information and communicate to retailers and customers.
• On-the-job training options for Class A CDL.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Box Truck Driver operates a >26,000 gvw 26’ truck on a specific route to service OBRC accounts and BottleDrop locations by handling the pick-up and transportation of beverage containers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned Box Truck
• Safely and courteously operates a vehicle and all equipment, including pallet jacks, lift gates, load locks and more
• Prepare accurate documents, counts, and product preparation, building pallets and product grouping
• Load trucks, insuring all items are counted and loaded and that load is properly secured
• Learn and understand product information, company operations and communicate this to retailers and customers
• Options available for on the job training for Class A CDL.
• Other job duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• High School diploma or GED
