Meyer Logistics is seeking an Experienced Box Truck Driver to join our team in a full-time, non-CDL capacity. The role offers a stable daytime schedule and a starting wage of $21.00 per hour with a quarterly safety bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include route deliveries, loading/unloading, safety inspections, and DOT paperwork. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and possess a valid license with appropriate endorsements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience driving 26–28 ft box trucks or CMV over 10,001 lbs.
• Valid truck driver license with state endorsement.
• Willing to submit to drug screens and background checks; maintain a DOT medical card.
• Operate a forklift as needed on the job.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations at all times.

Responsabilités

• Drive company trucks to deliver to customers and meet schedules.
• Position trucks for loading and unloading deliveries.
• Follow truck driving rules and regulations.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and perform basic maintenance.
• Complete paperwork for company and DOT compliance.
• Communicate with Fleet Management about maintenance needs.

Connaissances

Experience with box trucks

Valid CDL not required

DOT medical card

Willing to pass drug screen
