Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter for our California warehouse. The role emphasizes hands-on sorting, reclaiming customer-owned materials, and meeting production goals while maintaining safety and quality.

The position supports a team-oriented environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with pallet jacks is helpful; forklift experience is a plus with training provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
