Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter for our warehouse operations. The role is hands-on, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within a family-oriented team.

The position offers a pay rate of $15.50/hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. Training and forklift certification provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Pallet jacks familiarity; forklift training available.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You'll Do

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
