Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in New Jersey is seeking a Break Pack Sorter to hand-sort containers by quality through visual inspection and to reclaim customer-owned materials with care. You will work to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality, with forklift training provided if needed.

The role emphasizes following safety protocols to support PTZ goals and collaborating with a team on daily tasks, providing a stable, hands-on environment in a warehouse setting.

We’re looking for a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations — a hands-on role that plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
