Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC is seeking a Box Shop Lead to oversee daily box shop operations and backpack-off in the Fabrication department. You will direct production team activities, ensure correct box programs, and model Creekstone Pride in attitude and actions.

Responsibilities include training teammates, delegating tasks, maintaining safety, controlling documentation, and driving cost-saving initiatives for packaging and labor. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Train new team members in the area.
• Delegate tasks to team members and follow up on those tasks.
• Help reduce packaging cost and labor cost.
• Drive budget and labor-cost savings strategies.
• Receive commands via two-way radios and other devices.
• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to safety standards and report safety issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain minimum stock levels for supplies.
• Control documentation in the box shop in an organized manner.
• All other duties as assigned.
