Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is seeking a Loin Line Trimmer Lead to direct the daily activities of Trimmers on the Loin Line within the Fabrication department. The role requires an example-oriented leader who fosters a Creekstone Proud culture through attitude and action.

You will ensure standards are taught, assign tasks for efficiency, coach team members, and maintain a clean, safe work area while interpreting production documents. This is an on-site processing environment.

Qualifications

• Meat industry experience required.
• Knowledge of trimming on Loin Line linked to beef production.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Leadership in conflict resolution and team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of and work with Trimmers on the Loin Line.
• Distribute tasks for maximum efficiency and by priority.
• Mentor and develop new team members.
• Promote Creekstone Proud culture through actions.
• Read, interpret and maintain production documents.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Notify supervisor of maintenance or product issues.
