Job summary

Spearfish Sasquatch Baseball Club is seeking a Ticketing & Box Office Intern for the 2027 season. This role will support day-to-day box office operations during home games and events, working under the General Manager.

Responsibilities include selling tickets at the box office and over the phone, answering questions, directing customers to seats, and assisting with pre-game setup and post-game cleanup. The position requires weekend and game-night availability and a strong customer-service

Responsibilities

• Attend all 30+ home games and home playoff games if necessary
• Sell tickets at box office and over the phone
• Answer questions, direct to seats, give exceptional customer service
• Assist with all pre-game set-up and post-game clean up as needed
• Ability to work game nights and weekends in addition to other team functions
• Assist in all aspects of team operations and other duties as assigned by management
