Job summary

The Spearfish Sasquatch Baseball Club is seeking a Guest Services & Concierge Intern for the 2027 season. This role supports the General Manager and operates on a game-day schedule.

You will attend home games, coordinate theme nights, contact donors, and manage guest services at our tent while delivering exceptional customer service to fans.

Housing and a $500 stipend are available; must be able to work nights and weekends and assist with all phases of team operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend all 30+ home games and home playoff games if necessary.
• Help coordinate theme nights.
• Call businesses for donations and prizes to go with each theme.
• Show creativity and outside the box thinking to make each night memorable.
• Serve as Guest Services throughout each game at our tent.
• Answer questions, direct to seats, provide exceptional customer service.
• Hand out programs, roster sheets, & other promotional items.
• Sell raffle tickets and other fundraising items.
• Check IDs and issue wristbands to individuals over 21 for alcohol purchases.
• Assist with all pre-game set-up and post-game clean up as needed.
• Ability to work game nights and weekends in addition to other team functions.
• Assist in all aspects of team operations and other duties as assigned by management.
