Job summary

The LSU New Orleans Arena is seeking an experienced Associate Box Office Manager to oversee ticketing operations, guest services, and financial reporting for events. You will supervise staff, coordinate with promoters and vendors, and ensure compliance with university procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and a strong track record in computerized ticketing and operations in a high-volume venue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with computerized ticketing operations.
• Supervisory experience in a ticketing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all ticketing functions for events, including builds and settlements.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure top guest service.
• Prepare and reconcile financial reports related to ticket sales and revenue.
• Serve as liaison with promoters, clients, and vendors for event success.
• Maintain ticketing software and systems and ensure PCI compliance as needed.
