Job summary

The Adrienne Arsht Center is seeking a Ticketing Services Manager to lead ticketing operations, enhance customer service, and support box office for performances and events. You will coordinate with presenters, resident companies, touring productions, and partners to ensure smooth event execution and a superior patron experience.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and hours necessary to support assigned events and performances.
• Candidates must reside in the South Florida area or be willing to relocate at their own expense, relocation assistance is not available.
