The Box Office Attendant will assist the Director of Ticketing, Box Office Manager, and Assistant Box Office Manager with ticket operations. Responsibilities include ticket sales, will‑call, digital ticketing, parking, and answering event-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, patient, and has some customer service experience with the capability to learn the ticketing system used at the box office. This role requires working normal box‑office hours during the day as well as during events.
This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00–$15.00.
