JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Box Office Attendant Welcome audience members to our venue upon entrance and assist them with finding their seat location

  • Assist customers with using ticketing software and ticket purchase through various methods; including cash, credit, and certificates.

  • Scan or examine tickets to ensure they are correct for the specific performance

  • Help resolve patron conflicts about seat location

  • Refer all escalated interactions to the House Manager

  • Maintain a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor

  • Assist with will call and guest list management.

  • Check identification, distribute tickets to the proper parties.

  • Resolve issues as they arise and escalating concerns to management when necessary.

  • Ensure continuance and implementation of best practices for data entry and record keeping.

  • Accurately reconcile sales, receipts and reports.

  • Provide sales and ticketing information to the management teams.

  • Other duties as assigned.
