Job summary

WonderWorks PCB is seeking Box Office Attendants to welcome guests and guide them into the upside‑down adventure. You will be the first point of contact, handling ticket sales, answering questions, and ensuring a WOW experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include processing transactions at the point of sale, upselling combo tickets and add‑ons, answering calls, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. Nights, weekends, and holidays shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Observation skills to ensure safety and guest needs.
• Basic math skills to make change.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Previous themed entertainment and sales experience is preferred.

WonderWorks PCB is looking for Box Office Attendants to join our team! Our Box Office Attendants are the first to interact with our guests as they welcome them into the adventure of the upside‑down building. Box Office Attendants are an intrinsic part of positive ticket sale interactions including sharing valuable information with guests, setting the tone for the WONDERful experiences they have in store for them inside the attraction!

Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction
• Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service
• Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment
• Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable
• Answer phones and courteously redirect calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs
• Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change

• Ability to stand or walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Previous themed entertainment and sales experienceis preferred
