Job summary

Legends Global at Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza is seeking Parking Attendants/Ticket Sellers to manage parking operations during events, sell tickets, and direct traffic in busy lots. This is a part-time, hourly role with focus on safety and guest service.

You will greet guests, direct vehicles, and ensure orderly parking areas before, during, and after events, while complying with uniform and safety requirements. Training provided.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to implement parking procedures for pre- and post-events in all weather.
• Communicate clearly with guests, using verbal and hand signals to direct traffic.
• Ability to assess situations and respond quickly and safely.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work a flexible event-driven schedule.
• Cash handling is a plus and a background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Sells parking tickets for all ticketed parking events
• Directs all incoming traffic to a designated parking spot, i.e., handicapped, general admission, VIP, show staff, employees, deliveries etc.
• Secures the assigned parking areas before, during, and after each event
• Checks each parking sector for litter and/or potentially dangerous material and reports and removes such material in a safe manner
• Guides guests to Arena pathways and designated entrances
• Monitors traffic and pedestrian flow to and from the Arena
• Reports all incidents and situations that may affect the operation of the Parking Department
• Performs other duties as assigned
