Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is seeking a part-time Box Office Assistant at Bradley Symphony Center in Milwaukee, WI. This role supports ticket sales for Classics, Pops, and special presentations, with friendly customer service and flexible scheduling during the concert season.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong phone etiquette, computer literacy (Word/Excel), and familiarity with Tessitura.

Under the direction of the Box Office Manager and/or Box Office Supervisor, the Box Office Assistant provides the best possible support to the organization’s Classics, Pops, small series, special presentations, and other ticket sales goals through implementation of customer service and ticketing functions. This is a part-time, hourly position and some schedule flexibility in helpful during the concert season.
This would enhance the position but would not be required for success in the position:
This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent along with good customer service skills and computer literacy (Office suite, particular Word and Excel). Excellent verbal communication skills using appropriate grammar, good phone etiquette and a neat appearance are required. Prior work in an office or Box Office is desired, as is experience with Tessitura.
Able to collect data and information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
