Job summary

Cross Catholic Outreach seeks a PCS Administrative and Operations Manager to support Box of Joy logistics and food packing events. The role handles domestic shipping, warehouse, inventory and vendor communications, coordinating with volunteers and dioceses for timely operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, logistics, administration or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs; CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Box of Joy logistics from sign-up through screening center delivery and prep for international shipment.
• Coordinate domestic transportation, tracking shipments and warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory, materials, and supplier communications for events.
• Communicate shipping instructions and schedules with parishes, dioceses and partners.
• Maintain records, reports and documentation; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Support on-site operations, including supplies, equipment, and safety protocols.
