Job summary

Convoy of Hope in Springfield, MO is seeking a Distribution Assistant to support the Distribution and Fulfillment teams with operational, reporting, and administrative tasks. The role focuses on CHEP pallet transactions, data accuracy, and coordinating daily warehouse activities to move gifts-in-kind efficiently.

You will develop reports and dashboards for leadership, assist with compliance (OSHA, FDA, USDA), and provide project coordination for team initiatives while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative, logistics, operations, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Mac or PC, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily outbound pallet transactions and manage CHEP pallet administration.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Assist with fulfillment operations and daily warehouse tasks.
• Support compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide project coordination and admin support for team initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
