What we are looking for:

• Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-driven setting.
• Passion for delivering top-tier hospitality and food service.
• Committed to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 35 lbs, performing hands-on tasks and comfortable working in a theatre environment with varying noise levels.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality or fast food settings or experience as a cashier, host, greeter, ticket seller, or door person is a plus but not required.

What you will be doing:

·Greet guests, complete transactions, process loyalty sign-ups, and express appreciation.

·Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and manage cash, tickets, and change securely.

·Enforce theatre policies, including curfew rules and movie rating restrictions.

·Promote sales through upselling, suggestive selling, and product sampling.

·Provide and operate assistive movie-going equipment for guests as needed.

·Maintain a clean, well-stocked box office and perform routine upkeep tasks.

·Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

·Support company standards and assist with tasks assigned by management.

Pay Estimate: $15.21 hour
