Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Conyers, GA is hiring for a production role in a two-person team that assembles interlocking spring modules, secures units with a staple gun, and attaches edges with a clip gun.

Candidates must be able to stand and walk 8–12 hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and have basic English reading/writing; prior manufacturing and warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Basic English reading/writing skills. (Preferred)
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8-12 hours per day or longer in overtime situations, as required
• Prior Manufacturing and warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Production is done in a two-person team. Places interlocking spring modules into metal grid, and tacks edges with a clip gun.
• Unit is secured to a wooden frame using a staple gun.
