JOB PURPOSE:

To perform a variety of duties that cover a wide range of service which includes, service minded individuals who are committed to providing excellent guest services in a fast-paced, high energy and fun environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Assign lanes to guests
  • Rent bowling shoes and collect fees from guests
  • Maintains the reservation schedule for Bowling Center
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintains working knowledge of the Bowling Center's activities and programs
  • Answers phones and assist customers, providing quality customer service
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must have basic math skills and knowledge of basic accounting practices
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be competent with computer programs including word and excel
  • Good customer relation skills. Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities
  • Skill in using cash register, handling money, giving change, balancing banks
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Experience in Bowling industry is a Plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Walking/standing at 75%. Sitting at 25%.
  • Required to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
  • Exposed to loud noise and cigarette smoke.
  • Required to work weekends and holidays.
