Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Riverside, CA is hiring a Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales at the counter, and operate the POS system in our vibrant lanes environment.

Night and weekend availability is required; applicants must be 18+ and able to assist with basic bowling instruction and log equipment issues as needed. Starting pay ranges from $16.90 to $17.23 per hour with seasonal benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
