Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking staff to greet Guests, take reservations, and maintain daily records at our center in Las Vegas. The role requires prompt cash handling, friendly guest service, and proficient computer use to manage transactions and records.

You will communicate with Technicians via radio, assign lanes, and operate scoring programs while promoting center events, leagues, and functions. Ensure Guests have all required equipment for a great experience.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Possess excellent Guest service skills.
• Be able to accurately handle cash transactions.
• Have good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet each Guest.
• Take reservations and maintain daily records.
• Communicate with Technicians using radio courtesy standards.
• Assign lanes and program scoring programs.
• Solicit lane-to-lane to promote center functions, leagues, and special events.
• Ensure Guests have all necessary equipment.
