Job summary

Air Combat Command is seeking personnel for a Flexible Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position at the Ft Eustis Bowling Center, Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA. The role involves front-d desk and operations support, lane assignments, shoe rentals, food orders, cash handling, and customer service.

The position supports leagues, events, and other morale activities, with hours that can range 0-40 per week. Applicants must be eligible under the Public hiring path and may face weekend or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and POS use experience.
• Understanding of bowling operations and safety.
• FOREIGN EDUCATION: Equivalency to US education may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and answers questions about facility programs, services, fees and bowling procedures.
• Assists with leagues, tournaments, events and morale activities as assigned.
• Allocates lanes, assists with shoe rentals and food orders; processes transactions.
• Operates POS and prepares cashier reports; handles bank deposits for shifts.
• Uses PA system to make announcements for patrons.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the facility and supports stock and set up tasks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
