Responsibilities

• Provides high quality food products and beverages consistently for all guests by adhering to recipes, presentation standards, and health department requirements.
• Anticipates guests and store needs by evaluating the environment and cues; communicates with Store General Manager to respond accordingly.
• Delivers exceptional customer service with a guest-first attitude and engages with guests.
• Develops positive relationships with the team while prioritizing attention to guests.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts as assigned by Store Leadership on shift.
• Complies with SAMBAZON’s policies including Uniform & Hygiene, Cash Handling, Food Safety and Security.
• Follows accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Keeps café operating to standard during high volume or unexpected events.
• Other duties as requested by store leadership.

Position Overview

As a SAMBAZON Bowl Shop Team Member you will deliver excellent guest service and beautifully handcrafted products. You will model oursto re operation standards and bring to life SAMBAZON’s Mission and Values in the store. This role will help create a welcoming store environment while making a positive and meaningful impact on every guest. Successful team members are outgoing, service minded, and dependable individuals who always aim to keep the store up to top standards visually, hygienically and experientially.

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or in cases of unexpected events to keep café operating to standard.
