• Troubleshoot lane malfunctions and assist guests.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes and keep the desk organized.
• Escort guests to lanes and help with setup and ball choice.
• Ensure safety standards are followed.
• Process payments and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a clean bowl desk and lanes and complete side duties.
