Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Katy, Texas is seeking a Bowl Attendant to warmly welcome Guests and guide them through activities and lane options while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

You will assist with lane setup, shoe exchange, and game play, while using multiple systems to handle payments and guest requests. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane set up and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; completing side duties
