Main Event in Norman, OK is seeking a friendly Bowl Attendant to greet guests, explain activities, and guide them through lane setup and ball selection. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bowling environment, assist with shoe management, process payments, and answer guest questions with high energy.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, problem-solving, and proficiency with multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and strong customer service.
• Teamwork is essential and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promote activities to match guest needs.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; keep shoe area organized.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure bowling safety standards are followed and guests play safely.
• Process payments and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a clean Bowl Desk and lanes, and complete side duties.

Job Description:At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you are helpful, knowledgeable, and have high energy, so you can guide our Guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and using the various systems to perform your job successfully!
