Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a high-energy Bowl Attendant to warmly welcome Guests and be the information source for activities and specials. You’ll guide guests through available activities, ensure safety and sanitation, and help with lane setup, shoe management, and payments.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, promoting activities, troubleshooting lane issues, maintaining cleanliness, and working with multiple systems. Availability on days, nights, and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane set up and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; completing side duties

Job Description: At Main Event, our Bowl Attendant’s set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you’re high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest’s through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
