Job summary

The Woodlands, TX-based retailer Keller Executive Search seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to shape store environments that reflect modern Southern style and drive sales. You will lead seasonal presentations, launches, and new store concepts across boutique locations.

You will develop visual guidelines, floor plans, and training for teams, while partnering with merchandising peers to optimize product placement. Travel to locations will be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of visual merchandising experience.
• Experience within apparel, accessories, footwear, or premium retail preferred.
• Strong understanding of store presentation and customer flow.
• Experience developing visual guidelines for multiple locations.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel regularly to retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising standards for retail locations.
• Create seasonal floor plans and product presentation guidelines.
• Coordinate visual execution for launches and promotional campaigns.
• Train store employees on presentation and merchandising standards.
• Support visual planning for new store openings and remodels.
• Review store execution and recommend improvements.
• Partner with merchandising teams on product placement priorities.
