Job summary

Neiman Marcus seeks a Store Visual Manager, Visual Excellence, to lead the flagship store's visual strategy and report to the Director of Visual Merchandising.

You will drive seasonal directives, merchandising standards, styling, and brand partner installations while developing a team of visual stylists to create an inspiring client experience and collaborate with corporate and store leadership to boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual experience in retail environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization and drive improvements.
• Experience presenting to executives and implementing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop the store visual stylists by directing and reviewing work.
• Recruit talent and build bench for future growth with Visual Director.
• Promote a customer-centric culture through in-store collaboration.
• Coordinate seasonal directives and brand partner installations.
• Oversee signage, floor sets, and monthly creative directives.
• Manage visual supply budget with partnerships across teams.
