Local Foreigner is a boutique travel consultancy based in New York, seeking an organized Travel Coordinator to support a small team of Travel Consultants. You’ll craft itineraries, draft client communications, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless journeys.

You should have 2+ years in customer service or hospitality, strong writing and speaking skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• New York-based; in-office presence required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience with international travel helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft eloquent client descriptions and emails.
• Coordinate with hotels, operators, and guides to arrange travel.
• Liaise with hotel concierges for dining, entertainment, and transport reservations.
• Provide tailored flight recommendations with Local Foreigner flight specialists.
• Maintain client itineraries, documents, and invoices.
• Use Local Foreigner tools including Salesforce; maintain CRM data.
• Attend in-office meetings and evening events as required.
