Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Ensures the store consistently reflects brand standards through cleanliness, organization, product replenishment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with neighboring Leap-powered stores and support market initiatives and new openings.
• Maintain brand standards across visual merchandising and daily operations.
