Lola Hair Studio, a premium boutique salon in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Studio Operations & Growth Director for full-time leadership. You will drive KPI-backed operations, build scalable SOPs, and lead a sales-driven culture across locations.

Formación

• 5–10 years of operations or general management in a service-based environment.
• Measurable KPI results you can speak to precisely, with baseline and outcomes.
• P&L literacy and experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory.
• Proven SOP development—built systems that outlast your involvement.
• Sales-culture leadership—coaching teams on service and retail.

Responsabilidades

• Own the floor — monitor client experience, quality, cleanliness, and team performance in real time.
• Report proactively — weekly KPI updates to the CEO with solutions framed, not open questions.
• Build and document SOPs — scheduling, inventory, pricing, retail, and vendor management for future locations.
• Lead the sales culture — coach team on pre-booking, retail recommendations, and service add-ons.
• Hold the standard — timely accountability conversations with staff, including long-tenured members.
• Delegate strategically — direct the VA on administrative execution so your focus stays on leadership.
