Job summary

Collars & Co. is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor for our boutique at Fashion Square, powered by the Leap Platform, from October 2026 through April 2027. You will lead in-store operations and drive results on the sales floor while delivering an elevated customer experience.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will coach the team, partner with store leadership to hit goals, and ensure adherence to brand standards. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22 and bonus eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate the team.
• Oversees daily store standards, including organization, replenishment, cleanliness, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized service.
• Develop and coach associates to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty and ensure brand standards.
• Support store events, openings, and market initiatives.
