Chico's Park West Village in Morrisville, NC seeks a part-time Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will guide staff, provide customer-centered service, and ensure store execution across operations, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll/clock-in procedures as needed.
• Handle cash operations and stock replenishment.
• Stay informed on current promotions and store policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive an omni-channel customer experience.
