Job summary

CHICO'S FAS, INC. in Morrisville, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering personalized guest experiences. You’ll model hospitality, coach team members, and execute daily store operations on the floor and in back-of-house tasks.

From coaching to scheduling and cash handling, you’ll help meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Omni-channel awareness and basic cash handling.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to the team.
• Execute cash handling, inventory, replenishment and store policies.
• Support development and feedback for associates.
