Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Associate for Seasons Retail to greet guests, present merchandise, and assist with sales. You will manage displays, ensure proper tagging, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations while processing transactions.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Candidates should have prior high-end retail experience and able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a high end Boutique required.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must have strong guest service skills.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs., occasionally extending arms and hands. Must be able to seize, grasp, and turn objects with hands.
• Must be able to stand for length of shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the retail shops and present merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise selection and facilitate sales transactions.
• Stock shelves and keep displays tidy and tagged.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and inventory controls.
• Record sales using the point of sale system and handle payments.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monitor sales performance.
• Participate in periodic merchandise inventories.
