Job summary

The Collective Boutiques is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and Shop Owners in a dynamic boutique setting. You will help guests find items across multiple brands and maintain an energetic, friendly atmosphere on the sales floor.

Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time availability. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with training provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred — but we will train the right person.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, boutique shopping, and helping people find something they love.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and Shop Owners, creating a welcoming environment.
• Guide customers to products and handle questions, returns, and concerns.
• Keep the sales floor clean and displays refreshed.
• Support opening/closing, receiving shipments, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team and maintain coverage during shifts.
