Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and support store operations, merchandising, and customer service under the guidance of the management team.

The role involves selling, cashiering, replenishing stock, setting floor displays, and maintaining inventory accuracy while upholding brand values and delivering friendly, proactive service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Flexible schedule to meet the business needs of the store.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products on the shelf or to hang overhead banners/product.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store for prolonged periods to greet and assist customers.
• Must be able to frequently move merchandise 50 pounds or more to stock room and sales floor.
• Must be able to operate a Point of Sale system, registers and hand held devices efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supports and values Customer Service in both the in store and online shopping experience.
• Actively engages with all customers modelling exceptional selling behaviors.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates each customer on loyalty programs, current promotions and merchandise assortment to support building the basket.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Assists in maintaining an efficient and organized salesfloor and stockroom.
